The Hardboard Edge Protector can and should be used for export, as it is industrialized wood, it is completely exempt from any type of fumigation or heat treatment. Our edge protectors are packed in bales of 25 pieces. Therefore, all orders must be multiples of 25 units.

The minimum order quantity for edge protectors is 100 pieces. For cut to size hardboards and hardboard separators, the minimum order is 300 pieces.

We have some points to consider:

  • The thickness of the hardboard edge protectors is 2.5mm or 3mm.
  • Because hardboard is a much denser material than cardboard, the 2.5mm thick edge protectors can easily replace the cardboard edge protectors of up to 6mm.
  • The 3mm hardboard edge protectors can easily replace up to 10mm cardboard edge protectors.

You can and should use hardboard edge protectors in this type of container. Because it is wood, it is much more resistant than cardboard to absorb moisture, making the export process safer.

The measurement is according to your needs. We make edges protectors from 100mm to 2,750mm.
